I can very much relate to this. I call it 'active meditation', and for me it's cooking or walking.

I agree with that last sentence. How can we lose track of time for a short while each day?

This piece is so descriptive and makes me wonder why I’m not skipping stones more often. There is something meditative about the practice! I think being by a large body of water in general humbles me. Enjoyed reading this one Harrison!

Love this so much! I’m off to skip some stones now. Recently my way of meditation is laying on an acupressure mat and turning on healing frequency music. I like it because I usually fall asleep :)
